King has not been seen in competitive action since but he’s very likely to be a hot order to make a successful comeback within this Listed competition.
“He is in great form and has had a nice break because the Guineas. Hopefully he goes there with a good opportunity,” said that the Herridge handler.
“I am sure he’ll come to the run – he’s been off the track a long time, so he’s bound to need it somewhat.
“We’re happy with him and it will be helpful to get him moving again.”
King Of Change is put to confront five rivals, together with the field headed by the South African recruit Last Winter of Sir Michael Stoute.

“He’s in good shape, is working nicely and I’m contented with him. I’m hoping to get a good run.
“Occasionally these timely races can be somewhat easier than the handicaps, but this one could be hard.”
John Gosden’s Celebration Mile runner-up Turgenev and roger Varian’s long-absent Prince Eiji will be the hopefuls.
The celebrity attraction on the undercard at the Esher venue is your Gosden-trained Palace Pier.
The Kingman colt could barely have been more impressive with his debut over the course and distance and wants to take a penalty Of Choice Novice Stakes to victory in the Max Patel Wealth Manager .
Gosden said:”He has been nice and we planned to visit a novice. It’s the previous day racing in Sandown and as he enjoyed the track that there last time, we chose to go again.
“I’ve left him in the Dewhurst and that he was very impressive the other day, (but) you could suddenly see us sneaking over the Channel – unless they lock us out!”
