Supporters group Forever Bury have declared after their interest was ended by a potential buyer, they will not continue to stop the HMRC winding-up request.
The club 125-year Football League membership was pulled at the end of August after they failed to generate evidence of the way that they would fulfil their obligations for the rest of the season.
