Engineers in the Summer: BEST Historians

Honestly, I just didn’t understand what BEST ended up being when I first heard bout it. Being excited to meet other underrepresented and very first gen learners, though! Perhaps I didn’t know considerably about the software but I knew about the people! My highschool was primarily white and so i thought these were people I was able to relate to.

While i met other BEST-ies, these folks were all hence genuine, which got together so well. I believe the program is awesome. Fav, UNCOMPLICATED! I dearly loved how all of our cohort associated with BEST-ies established a family. It had been so great. Least favorite… honestly it’s actual nothing poor, but I assume the work was stressful at a time and some of the days were very very hectic.

Overall, FINEST was a good experience. These days have all the resources I need along with a really good help system visiting college. As i value the exact friendships When i made, the actual connections I use, and the aid from the Facility for ORIGINATE diversity.
