Bury takeover bid falls through – HMRC winding-up petition will not now be challenged

Supporters group Bury have announced after a buyer ended their interest, they will not continue using their fight to prevent the HMRC winding-up petition.
After they failed to produce evidence of how theyd fulfil their obligations for the remaining portion of the 34, the club Football League membership was withdrawn at the end of August.
